Return & Refund Policy

At Flash Drive Motors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a return is necessary. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returning an item.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be free from any signs of wear, installation, or damage.

  • In the original, unopened packaging. All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • In a resellable condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Electrical Components: Any electrical part or component that has been installed, connected to a power source, or had its factory seals broken is not eligible for return. Once an electrical part is connected, we can no longer guarantee its integrity, and it cannot be resold.
  • Batteries: For safety and quality reasons, all battery sales are final and cannot be returned.
  • Special Order Items
  • Items Marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

How to Start a Return

  1. Request Authorization: Please do not send your purchase back to us without authorization. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@flashdrivemotors.com with your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  3. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for packing the item securely and shipping it to the address we provide.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning an item.

  • Original Shipping: Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please Note: Flash Drive Motors reserves the right to deny any return or issue a partial refund if the item does not meet the conditions of this policy, such as if it is returned damaged, with missing parts, or shows clear signs of use.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that was damaged in transit or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@flashdrivemotors.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
