Thermal and Modular Design
Integrated Chill Plate for Active Cooling The FELON is engineered for extreme performance. A thick 3/4″ aluminum chill plate is integrated directly into the module’s base, providing a massive heat sink. This plate includes 1/4″ NPT threads, allowing for simple and robust integration into a liquid cooling or heating loop, maximizing cell longevity and enabling peak power output.
Series and Parallel Scalability The module is designed to be the foundational building block of your high-voltage pack. It is available in multiple parallel configurations (P-counts) and two terminal types for flexible packaging:
- Parallel Configurations: Available in 2p, 3p, 4p, and 5p.
- Terminal Options: Choose between Side or Face terminal orientations.
- Series Connection: Easily stack modules in a series to reach target voltages (e.g., $96\text{V}$ or $400\text{V}$), provided all modules in the series share the same parallel cell count.
Important Notes for Installation
A Battery Management System (BMS) is mandatory for the safe operation, charging, and discharging of the FELON module and is sold separately. Failure to use a proper BMS will void the warranty and create a safety hazard.
